All items are quality-checked before shipping out. However, if you have received a defective, damaged, wrong size, or wrong order, kindly drop us a message at What's App No. 9322592607 or email us at within 24 hours of receiving the order with your order ID and attach pictures clearly showing the defective item/wrong order(s) received. It is mandatory to shoot a video clip of the unboxing of your order. Further instructions will be given within 24 hours.

Once your request for exchange is confirmed, we will initiate a reverse pickup request for your order.Note: The reverse pickup facility might not be available on all pincodes, & the customer will need to self ship their package to our warehouse in this case. Our delivery executive will come to take back the package. Please make sure the products are packed safely so that there is no damage during transit. Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will go through a quality check.

Once the product passes the quality checks and has not been misused in any way, we will ship the new product to you. Note: Exchange can be done only once per order.Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock. If the size you need is not available, you can go through with any other product.


Refund Policy

This product has a no-refund policy.
You can exchange this within 24 hours after delivery in the case of size/quality issues or a damaged product.
A product without a label tag falls under the no-exchange policy.
